This Privacy Policy ("Policy") states PATX, LLC's ("PATX") practices and policy for privacy and security of information provided to it through use of its enhanced telecommunications service ("Service"). Usage of PATX's Service is your consent to how we collect, use and handle information as explained in this Policy.

Signing up for PATX Service. PATX requests information on registered and/or authorized users (collectively "Users") such as name, address, phone number, e-mail address and information about customers of Users of PATX services.

Collection, Use and Disclosure of Personal Information. PATX collects and saves the information Users input in PATX's system. PATX does not sell or use this information for any purpose but only maintains the information for and makes available to Users for use in Users' businesses.

Submission of Information on Third Parties. PATX does not use or disclose information Users provide about third parties for any purpose other than to maintain and make available such information to Users of PATX's service.

Administration of PATX's Telecommunications Service and Correction of Technical Problems. PATX may use information to identify or resolve technical matters or to assist Users with service issues as necessary and requested by Users. PATX will disclose such information to PATX employees and authorized service providers who require such information to perform adjustments or corrections to User's information in PATX's system.

Legal Reasons for Disclosure of Information. PATX may be required to disclose information provided by registered users in response to a court order, subpoena, government request or investigation, or as required by law of any jurisdiction. PATX complies with all legal or court orders and will provide information as required by law, a court order or other legal process to respond to claims or to protect the rights or property of PATX or its registered users. PATX also reserves the right to report to law enforcement or transportation agencies any activities that such agencies request. PATX may release certain information when it believes such release is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property and safety of PATX, its registered users and their customers.

Security of Information. No transmission over the internet is secure and no company can ensure total security but PATX will make reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to Users' data and to maintain all information received or stored in a secure manner and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. PATX protects the information it receives and stores with software that restricts access to said information to authorized personnel in accordance with this policy.

Change of PATX Privacy Policy. PATX continues to implement new technologies and services for its registered users and this Policy may change. Significant changes to this Policy in the way PATX receives, stores, or handles information will be identified and communicated to PATX Users thirty (30) days in advance of such changes and Users will have the opportunity to cease Service and remove all information stored in PATX's enhanced telecommunication service.
