PATX, LLC's ("PATX") enhanced telecommunications service ("Service") is offered on the following terms of use basis:

The user shall not use or copy any part of the PATX materials for any purpose or reason other than for its use in the sale and maintenance of motor vehicles as a registered user of PATX's Service;

PATX requires registration to review the features on its web site for the sole purpose for potential users reviewing and determining if they would like to use PATX's Service and for no other purpose;

PATX's Service is prepaid monthly at thirty dollars($30.00) for each whole or partial month of use;

PATX Service can be terminated by the registered user at any time for any reason but PATX does not refund in whole or in part any sums paid;

PATX reserves the right to terminate its Service or deny access to any user for any reason at any time;

PATX stores information inputted by registered users but not does not sell or make this information available for any purpose unless required by law;

PATX is not responsible for any information stored on PATX and recommends all users use their own electronic storage and/or print its inputted information to paper from the PATX site;

PATX reserves the right to change its Terms of Use or Privacy Policy at any time for any reason but will provide thirty (30) days prior notice to all registered users of any and all changes;

Upon registering to use PATX's Service, the registered user accepts PATX's current Terms of Use and Privacy Policy;

Continued use after any changes to PATX's Terms of Use or Privacy Policy, shall be User's acceptance of PATX's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
